Location Description:
The Flamingo Resort & Spa is a mid-century marvel in The Valley of the Moon. The buildings, rendered with natural materials and iconic angular silhouettes, are the work of master architect Homer A. Rissman. Set on a 10-acre campus, it is an incomparable property for both its city access and sense of complete retreat.
Overview:
Coordinates the processing of financial information and payments required to meet operational,
managerial, regulatory reporting requirements, and assisting with all accounting inquiries.

Prepares daily cash deposits.

Processes all vendor invoices and related cash disbursements on a weekly basis.

Maintains accounts payable paid invoice files.

Prepares general journal entries on a monthly basis.

Prepares miscellaneous billings and month-end statements.

Reconciles all bank statements and various asset and liability accounts on a monthly basis.

Prepares monthly financial reports for all funds.

Performs other duties as assigned by the Finance Director
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, accounting major preferred; finance or business majors must
have a minimum of 4 accounting courses (2 of which must be non-introductory in nature)
and related work experience; equivalent work experience considered in lieu of degree. -
Reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable experience preferred.

Proficient with spreadsheets and word processing software required. Prefer Microsoft
Office and Quick Books experience.
Compensation Range: The compensation for this position is $22.00/Hr. - $25.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
