What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior IT Support Technician position at FLASH?
As an Entry Level IT Support Technician, you will join the team of IT technicians providing in-house hardware and software support to the more than 800 locations in NYC who use the Ticketech platform. You will respond to user calls/trouble reports and personally visit locations to troubleshoot the nature of the problem and take the necessary action to resolve it. You have a meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
