What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Manager position at Fleet Feet?
The Rundown
Our Inventory Manager is a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. This position will oversee the Fleet Feet Distribution Center Inbound Team and work to complete daily and weekly goals or projects. This position will work closely with the Distribution Center Manager and Fulfillment Lead and will work to ensure daily inbound product is received, stocked, stored and will accurately replenish back stock, to ensure timeliness and accuracy for Fulfillment Associate. Responsible for weekly cycle counts, investigating any shipment discrepancies, and manage store shipment errors and process returns/transfers as needed. Our Inventory Manager will oversee year-end inventory preparation and will manage E-Commerce and Amazon returns as needed. This person will communicate with stores and vendors regarding shipments, damaged items and will work to provide solutions. - Leadership or management experience, preferred
