Practice of Fleetwood Dental is looking for a Dental Insurance Specialist for a patient centered comprehensive dental practice. The practice has been established over 40 years ago serving the community of Berks county in services related to TMJ therapy, Sleep dental medicine, and Full scope of Comprehensive dentistry ranging from Appliance therapy to Full smile makeover. We are looking for a team player, willing to be a part of growing practice to help patients through their insurance needs. Must have experience with dentrix and have dental knowledge in billing.
- Perform dental coding and billing tasks using ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation
- Assist with managing patient appointments and scheduling
- Collaborate with dental office staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns
