Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing projects, and maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions. This role is based in Bryant, AR.
Qualifications
- Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in the Electrical and Automation industry
- Ability to understand technical specifications and drawings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in Account management is a plus
