Administrative Support Specialist Job Duties Include:
1. Working with the sales team to coordinate customers projects
2. Address customers questions, provide order status updates and pricing
3. Maintain and build relationships with customers
Requirements:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication
2. Detail-oriented
3. Ability to multi-task and time management skills
4. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
5. Reliable, organized person with a good work ethic and attitude
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
