What You Will Be Doing
- Set up printing equipment according to manufactures specifications.
- Configure Printing equipment according to the customer’s needs.
- Efficiently order parts based on manufacture troubleshooting steps, page count, and history.
- Handles all level escalations when needed.
- Review history and determine next steps for excessive service needs, up to and including replacement devices
- Maintain manufacturer warranty documentation and orders parts accordingly
- Maintain an accurate parts inventory
- Maintain shop organization and cleanliness
- Maintain clear communication with operations regarding deliveries and warehouse needs
- Assist with warehouse inventory management
What Should The Right Person Will Have
- Strong interest to learn and be trained, mentored, and coached
- Positive, professional attitude and a team player
- Technical Industry Experience on Color/Black-White MFPs - Xerox, Canon, HP, and other brands preferred but not required - we will train you!
- Strong Verbal and Written Technical Communication Skills
- Customer Service Skills and ability to communicate with others effectively
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity to fix things.
- Strong time management
- Organization skills
- Proficient computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office programs and in desktop technology
- High School diploma or equivalent required

Salary : $34,100 - $43,200
