What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Recruiter position at Flex?
We're scaling up and excited to add a business recruiter to support our core teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, Support etc) . We've tripled our headcount in 2021 and are on track to do it again in 2022! In this role, you will partner directly with hiring managers to attract and engage with top talent while contributing to an exceptional candidate experience for each candidate throughout the process. We're a small lean team at the beginning of an incredible journey to make it easier for anyone to pay their bills.
What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers across Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Support to engage and present highly qualified candidates quickly
- Source and engage with top talent while building long-term relationships with candidates
- Take initiative and create job descriptions with hiring managers by understanding the required skills and background, the impact of the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company
- Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
- Build and implement creative diversity and inclusion hiring strategies

- Strong technical recruiting background and ability to calibrate quickly while ensuring a great candidate experience

- Proven track record of engaging passive candidates and building relationships with talent across diverse networks and communities
- Clear communication, structured thinking, highly organized and able to juggle multiple competing priorities
