The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading production team members, investigating new technology, implementing capital equipment improvements and ensuring safety, quality and top-notch customer service.

The Flexco team is interested in you if you have:
- An Associate’s Degree (required) or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred), or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 4 years of management experience (preferred)
- Strong manufacturing, production and operations experience
- Proven process improvement skills including the ability to participate in developing and implementing processes improvements within the team
- Participate on cross-functional teams like Safety, Wellness, Environmental Sustainability, New Product Launch, etc.
- Be available to help manage weekend overtime when required.
- Timely completion of budgets and forecasting.
- Be willing to work side-by-side with employees when faced with capacity constraints or as time allows.
- Assure that performance reviews are completed on time. This is to include updating the development plan section and making sure employees are progressing on plans
