What does a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative do?
- Manage the commercial portfolio of business
- Develop strong relationships with our business customers
- Cold call new prospects
- Manage the accounts receivable process
- Responsible for handing customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and provide follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- Schedule monthly maintenance visits based on work orders.
- Update any contact information, contact name and email in computer to maintain database.
- Call all commercial customers who have left messages.
- Contact commercial prospects via email, social and phone.
- Research to identify local companies that fit ideal customer profile and build target account list.
- Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Contacting potential and existing customers by cold calling, generating sales leads, responding to sales inquiries to secure new and increased business accounts to meet established goal.
- Assist in sales processes by completing the vendor enrollment process and onboarding.
- Ensure that all paperwork has been uploaded for future jobs.
- Follow up with commercial customers to schedule work.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Back up CSR for residential.
- Social media posting
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation: BOE plus weekly incentive program $$$
Shift: Fulltime M-Sunday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Flexible hours
Possible Saturday half day

Basic Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- High school degree or GED required.
- Team player that can work independently.
- Background in the trades a plus
- Detailed multi-tasker with strong follow up skills
- Customer Service, account management, inside sales experience.
- Commercial service company experience preferred.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and verbal skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Social media posting experience a big plus
