What does Telemarketer/Appointment Setter do?
High energy Telemarketer/Appointment setter for a local insurance agency. You will be making outbound calls generating appointments for market insurance products or services within the community. This is an hourly bonus opportunity with future long term career advancement available.

• Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Maintain knowledge of new products
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
• Be an outstanding at relationship building

Compensation: $15.00 BOE plus Bonus Opportunities
Shift: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Flexible hours once trained work from home options

We want you to join the team if you can perform these essential job functions:

• Must be able to walk, stand, and work at a fast pace for 8 hours or more.
• Must be able to communicate with co-workers and customers regarding day-to-day business and operation in English.
• Must be able to operate a computer proficiently for the duration of your shift.
• Must be able to sit, stand, twist, bend effectively for the duration of your shift.
• Must be able to respond to an audio prompt
• Must be able to visually inspect computer screen
• Must be able to hold and operate a phone receiver

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school degree or GED required.
• Must submit to a corporate background check
• Must possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
• Must be an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Create a relationship from a cold start
• Must have a proficiency to multitask, follow thru and follow-up
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently
• Must be a good multitasker
• Must be highly self-motivated
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and verbal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
