What are the responsibilities and job description for the Third Shift Crew Concierge position at Flexjet?
Overview
Flexjet is currently seeking qualified individuals to join our Operations department as Crew Concierge. This position is responsible for handling the initial ordering process for crew members and finding solutions for orders that cannot be accommodated by our preferred partner. The Crew Concierge will work on behalf of the crew members with various vendors and airport personnel to ensure crew meals are received and allergies and dietary restrictions are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class service during every interaction with our crew members and vendors.
- Work closely with operations/internal departments to resolve conflicts and serve as a crew advocate when appropriate.
- Work with internal departments to ensure catering is not affected by schedule and logistical changes.
- Candidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the business.
- Must be detail oriented and able to work productively, independently, or within a team.
- Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required.
- Successful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism while multi-tasking various real time situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Our operation is 365/24/7 and candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as schedule dictates.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in a service and/or hospitality field is preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a high-end service industry
- Background in aviation a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- Knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
- Have strong attention to detail and ability to finish any given task to completion
