What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Commerce Fashion Coordinator position at FlexStaff?
We are looking for an E-Commerce Fashion Coordinator to work for one of our clients a distributor and logistic solutions provider for the fashion industry, located in Melville, NY.
This is a permanent, full-time job.
The ideal candidate would have a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
In this role you will serve as the liaison between the company and its existing customers to address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
