Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Planner Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime. What a typical day looks like: Supervise that deadlines are met. Direct contact with the client. Preparation and analysis of CTB (Clear to Build). Preparation of specific management and CFT reports. Management and control in change of material tickets. Work closely with production personnel on accountability and productivity issues. Develop strategies and collaborate with operational teams on capacity and equipment utilization. Utilize process flow knowledge and experience to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business systems issues. Deliver training to staff members as needed. Report on key metrics as needed. Review and control of raw material overages and obsoletes. Follow up on production plan. The experience we are looking for to join our team: BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience. Knowledge in the Supply chain area. Knowledge of dependent and independent demand. Experience and database management (Kinaxis). Knowledge of Inventory, Kiteo and Cyclic Counts as a plus. Knowledge of BAAN and SAP as a plus. Advanced English.
