Sales Representative

Flock Goods specializes in premium CBD products committed to enhancing our customer’s lifestyles and improving their overall wellness. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking to add a result-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

Position Overview:

• The Sales Representative is a key player in the growth of Flock Goods. The primary responsibility of the Sales Representative will be to be an expert on our product lines, Flock's customer base, and to have a deep understanding of the CBD industry as a whole.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Make calls and send emails to warm and cold leads to inform them of our products. Direct sales/old-school door-to-door knocking as needed.
• Conduct outreach via phone and email to existing customers to secure new orders when the opportunity arises.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with great attention to detail.
• Be a pivotal player in increasing revenue through relationship development and a deep understanding of the customer journey.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Flock Goods’ product lines and consumer bases.
• Additional duties as needed.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in developing relationships and/or driving revenue growth.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. Needs little direction to mobilize.
• Competencies with typical office platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite).
• Must be 21 years or older and reside in Berwick or the immediate area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1-3 years of sales experience, with proven track record of generating leads and increasing revenue, preferably in the CBD or wellness industry.
• Strong knowledge of understanding CBD products and their benefits.
• Experience working for a small business.

Pay: From $22,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
