Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan and execute a master calendar of events for target cities, neighborhoods, HOA’s, etc. - inclusive of social & charitable events, home and garden shows, festivals, golf tournaments, neighborhood events, and various other types of sponsorship opportunities.
• Contribute to our social media presence daily utilizing all agreed platforms (Instagram, My Google, Facebook, You Tube, etc); Monitor our “Google My Business” pages and respond to reviews and new messages as well as regularly post pictures, videos and business updates.
• Monitor our website and work with our digital vendor to create new content such as case studies, jobsite pictures/videos, and unique landing pages for various types of projects.
• Meet regularly with our advertising agency, direct mail/print vendors to ensure our current plan is meeting goals and make changes as necessary to drive lead flow.
• Meet monthly with our digital/internet vendor to ensure we are best in class
• Creatively implement new ideas for generating additional residential leads, PC retention, and WOM referrals
• Develop and implement strategies targeting realtors and designers. Inclusive of lunch & learns, wine & cheese mixers, referral programs.
• Manage residential teams assertive plan inclusive of yard signs, door hangers, magnets, signage around target neighborhoods, etc.
• Ongoing commitment to success and profitability to overall team

Qualifications:

• Marketing Degree or Experience in Event Planning
• Experience with Social Media posting is preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insurance
• Sales & customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
