Floral Image North America, a leading service provider of lifelike flower arrangements and plant displays, seeks a highly motivated and positive Contract Service Representative to join our team! The Floral Image North America (FINA) Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for supporting the wider sales effort through selling, retaining, and expanding our customer base. CSRs achieve this goal through driving sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding their customer base. A successful CSR is someone who can adapt to various client scenarios.
Role and Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
This is a fully remote work position, with 100% travel in the San Jose region. CSRs will be provided with a company vehicle. The vehicle is branded and is used for transporting the products that our customers love. This job occasionally operates in a professional offsite office environment where business attire is required.
Floral Image offers training, full support, and specific skills training for territory planning, the customer service process, approach, and the use of all technology to help make the job as seamless and efficient as possible.

Role and Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, orders, and support
- Understand customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience and maximize satisfaction
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction level and promptly address any concerns or issues
- Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques to acquire new customers
- Utilize various channels, market research, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms, to generate leads and convert them into sales
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our lifelike flower arrangements
- Work with TSM to negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for business expansion within your assigned territory and develop ideas with TSM
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
- Attend companywide trainings, offsites, trade shows, and conferences to expand your professional network and promote Floral Image North America's offerings

- Self-motivated and target-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Minimum High School/GED Degree
- Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory
