Florida Blue (FLB) is looking for a Journey Digitization Analyst to work with digital leadership to help shape and drive member journey digitization, redefining the healthcare experience of our customers. We're looking for an inspirational, high-energy candidate who will advocate and push our digital experience to the next level and unlock breakthrough customer and business results. The perfect candidate for this role has experience in product management, agile development, and stakeholder management as well as excellent documentation skills and the ability to track key deliverable(s) across multiple IT teams and journeys. Additionally, candidates for this role will need to have excellent communication and networking skills. The candidate must have a degree of comfort presenting the digital vision to key stakeholders and clearly articulating how each initiative helps deliver against the Florida Blue customer journey needs. This is a uniquely exciting and pivotal moment to join Florida Blue. The Journey Digitization Analyst is a critical role within the Digital Transformation organization and will work closely with digital, shared services and IT leadership to manage the business impacts of our overall scope of and near-/ mid-term priorities for journey digitization. S/he will be expected to work closely with the digital execution teams to ensure digital foundational requirements are being met, that KPIs are being developed and managed, and that business impacts are delivered per plan. What You Will Be Doing:
- Execute against a strategic roadmap for the Digital Transformation team and coordinate with the various journey key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Digital leadership and journey stakeholders to analyze website usability, product performance and consumer behavior insights.
- Coordinate and manage business requests from conceptual ideas to formulated business statements of work, integrating with the UX team on usability and consumer testing and design.
- Support data-driven digital initiatives that improve the customer experience and streamline operations. Ensure development of comprehensive, efficient, and effective solutions leveraging most effective digital touch points, to achieve business objectives.
- Use design thinking principles to help deliver tailored digital solutions that enable customer journey priorities.
- Assist in translating journey stakeholder goals and objectives into requirements to deliver actionable and measurable digital initiatives.
- Support and/or drive decisions to ensure the delivery of new digital initiatives align and support the Digital Transformation goals and objectives across all journeys.

What You Must Have:
3 years related work experience. Experience Details: digital Product development and/or project work experience
Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Additional Required Qualifications
Experience interfacing with an IT organization
Strong abilities in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and web based tools. Ability to apply conceptual strategy, brainstorm facilitation, and day-to-day directing of projects through to completion.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; Can create interesting, cogent and well-edited presentations and has experience delivering communications to internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Understand or have experience in the Health Insurance industry, specifically knowledge of Health Care Reform regulations and CMS guidelines. Knowledge of web development processes. Experience with eCommerce and/or consumer engagement. Experience with working within an advertising agency or marketing services firm. Leadership presentation experience.
General Physical Demands
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

Typical Annualized Hiring Range:$57,200 - $65,000
Annualized Salary Range:$57,200 - $93,000
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
