WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Establishing and maintaining client referral relationships with realtors, builders, and developers
• Making sales calls on potential or existing customers, as assigned, to develop new business or retain existing business
• Interfacing with all parties involved on each individual loan that is originated from application to closing
• Complying with all state and federal rules and regulations as related to mortgage lending and the National Mortgage Licensing System
• Attending trade shows and participate in related business development activities including but not limited to; select employee group events, home shows, realtor trade shows, open houses etc.

Please note, this is a salaried with commission position for which compensation is based on performance and closed loan volume.

Basically, you’ll be a pretty big deal. So, here’s what we’re looking for in an applicant:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1-2 years loan officer experience or strong sales experience with demonstrated potential to transfer skills to mortgage origination

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to read, write, and communicate at a level consistent with the requirements of this position and to generate independent leads for new business.
• Working knowledge of standard loan products in the industry and strong familiarity with underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in limited standardized situations.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
