Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
- Utilize coding skills to accurately document patient encounters
- Provide specialized care in areas such as infant care, memory care, and workers compensation law
- Demonstrate proficiency in airway management and infection control protocols
- Administer medications via inhalation and injections as needed
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify health issues and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Engage in case management activities to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
- Valid and active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license
