Apply today!SummaryPosition serves as MBA's main receptionist and performs a variety of administrative, clerical, and/or office/facility support work tasks for the Operations Department. Under daily supervision, the position answers the telephone, directs callers, greets visitors to the main office, and responds to general inquiries. The position also interacts with MBA staff to exchange general information about office services inquires and requests. The position is an individual contributor role.ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Assists in providing general assistance and information (including activities by printing, copying, and collating materials for various assignments) about day-to-day general office support work tasks, including, but not limited to, answering phones, maintaining files, scanning documents, and sending emails.2. Maintains all of MBA's central office supplies. Monitors, orders, and replenishes kitchen and office supplies. Provides estimated budgetary figures for supplies as needed.3. Monitors conference and meeting rooms to ensure the functionality of all systems.4. Supports other departments/divisions of the Association with administrative and customer services tasks including, but not limited to the Meetings Division, Membership Division, etc.5. Provides routine operations and facilities inspections, as needed.
