Summary of Position:

Provide friendly, professional, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all event guests.

Duties & Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Maintains a Guest First focus while performing all duties
  • Answer any questions about our food, and beverages.
  • Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Deliver food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide water refills
  • Pre-bus tables between each course.
  • Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
  • Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
  • Notify catering lead any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience
  • Be ready and willing to assist fellow team members in any way possible as situations arise.
  • Rolling and Polishing silverware
  • Event set up and tare down
  • Some event staff will be required to drive a company vehicle
