What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aras PLM Administrator position at Fluidra North America?
Fluidra’s looking for an Aras PLM Administrator to join our team at either of our offices in Carlsbad, CA or Atlanta, GA (a remote option is also available if preferred).
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Participate and/or understands requirements by going through specification documents and with inputs from the technical lead/senior manager.
- Perform impact analysis and create design specifications as per high-level design.
- Create unit test plan to develop and validate applications as per requirements.
- Develop code with high quality and performance.
- Ensure timely delivery and excellent quality of the deliverables.
- Should be technology agnostic and understand the emerging technologies and applicability around the Aras platform.
- Follow best practices, standards, and documentation.
- Assist in training programs for users or critical stakeholders.
- Should be up to date on Aras solutions.
WHAT WE SEEK
- 4 years of PLM implementation experience
- Experience in any of the following industries: Manufacturing, Automotive, Semi-conductors, Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Aerospace
- Excellent Technical skills: C#, .NET or ASP.NET, html5, CSS, JS
- Excellent Technical skills: in either XML or AML, SQL
- Working knowledge of AGILE software development methodologies (e.g., SCRUM)
- Hands-on experience with Aras PLM Innovator performing configuration and customization integrations at the enterprise level is strongly desired.
- Excellent communication, fluent in English, and should be able to interact with clients in a clear & precise manner.
- Ability to work in teams.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

Expected salary range is $75,000 - $92,000. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
