SUMMARY: This position works in a team environment and supports the departmental goals for growing company volume and revenue. Responsible for
building long-term relationships, growing market share and enhancing overall customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide all guests internally and externally with prompt and courteous service.
- Build and Maintain relationships with Customers.
- Understand Customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources
- Aid in the development and execution of sales and marketing plans to support volume and profit growth
- Close sales and achieve quarterly and yearly sales quotas and goals
- Maintain and Expand your database of prospects
- Work with account reps related to customer pricing / setup
- Understand and have detailed knowledge of Vendor contracts
- Required to be available at all times for urgent customer and or dispatch needs and requests.
- Must continually update and use salesforce for all prospects, opportunities and new customers.
General Responsibilities:
- Perform specific tasks as assigned by Manager
- Promote and support company image standards
- Cross train and act as back up for other Representatives in the department
- Adhere to all city, county and state regulations
- Stay familiar with the Company Handbook and Company Policies
- Communicate effectively with team members in other departments
- Maintain safe work habits in compliance with Company safety standards at all times and reports accidents immediately.
