Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of daily production of high-volume meals.
- Responsible for the quality and consistency of the product, sharing knowledge about ingredients and preparation.
- Cross train Cooks and Cook Helpers to cover absences – monitor performance and coach when improvements are needed.
- Follow company processes to ensure proper and accurate food ordering (Requisitions).
- Interface and efficiently react to Customer/ Hot Kitchen Manager requirements.
- Implement customer specific menu items
- Maintain HACCP standards.
- Experienced Sous Chef with high volume production environments.
- Strong management and productivity improvement skills.
- Complete understanding of HACCP standards of food production.
- Read, write and communicate in English.
- Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
