Description
Flying HIGH, Inc., offering a unique blend of holistic and traditional approaches to the treatment of substance use disorders is seeking a new Clinical Director to manage our growing OHMAS certified SUD program. The ideal candidate is available for hire on either a part-time or contractual basis for up to 16 hours per week with one day per week required in office.
At Flying High, you will interact with other clinicians as well as our Medical Director and Naturopathic Doctor on our innovative Nutrition Assisted Treatment (NAT) and Medically Assisted Treatment Tapering Programs. In addition, you will consult with our Professional Development Center Case Managers, Instructors and Job Developers on Direct Employment and Vocational Training opportunities for our clients.
In this role, you will provide oversight and leadership to the existing staff, including:
- Assist with compliance of all SUD Program policies and procedures according to agency, state, federal, Ohio MHAS and accreditation standards.
- Provide supervision to staff.
- Maintain documentation, client files and statistics as required by agency policy and funding sources.
- Manage client outcomes and analyze data to monitor trends that may guide decisions in the provision of services.
- Participate in the Performance Improvement Plan for client care, staff retention, and staff performance.
Requirements
Minimum required credentials are: LPCC; LISW; or LICDC-CS
