A Day In the Life
- Installation of Architectural Cladding applications, including Steel Roofing and Wall finishes, Composite Aluminum Wall finishes, Composite Aluminum Wall panels and Custom Zinc or Copper applications
- Fit and join sheet metal parts using riveting, welding, soldering and similar equipment
- Install exterior metal products according to specifications and building codes
- Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
- Install, repair and service exterior prefabricated products
What We Are Seeking
- 3 years' architectural cladding (commercial) experience
- Enrolled in an apprenticeship program
- Completion of secondary school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Intermediate English skills
- Ability to safely work at heights
- Can perform physical activities on a regular basis
- Analyze information and evaluate problems
- Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
- Can clearly communication with supervisors, and co-workers
- Safely operate vehicles, mechanical devices or equipment
