The Opportunity 

We are looking for a VP Revenue Operations to join our team, in this role you will be responsible for optimizing our revenue generation processes, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success functions, and driving operational excellence across the revenue lifecycle.

Leading a team of Revenue Operations professionals in the Americas and EMEA, you will spearhead strategic enterprise change management for transformational initiatives that drive business growth. Your responsibilities include ensuring Flywheel’s overall Revenue Operations strategy and goals are not only supported, adopted, and documented but also championed by the business with minimal disruption to operations. 

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, improve sales productivity, and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead and manage the Revenue Operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team success and professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and drive revenue performance.
  • Working with our Product team to ensure any new product offerings are set up effectively in Salesforce, including optimizing onboarding flows
  • Implement and maintain best practices in sales and marketing operations, including lead management, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of sales systems and tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement) to support the needs of the revenue organization.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation, build and improve dashboarding for the business
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness across the revenue organization.
  • Develop and maintain a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence within the Revenue Operations team and across the broader organization.

Who You Are:

  • You have VP level experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, methodologies, and technologies, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business outcomes.
  • Thrives in a fast paced, ambiguous environment and is able to manage multiple priorities, simultaneously.
  • Possesses intellectual curiosity and a bias for action
  • An inclusive approach with the ability to build and manage relationships, share knowledge and influence others
