One of the top merchant processing companies in the country and we are looking to expand our National Sales Representative team. FM Pay is committed to helping business owners achieve seamless transactions that improve the overall quality of their merchant processing needs, while demonstrating valuable savings they can count on every month. We are looking for personable, goal-oriented individuals that are seeking an exciting new career in outside sales. Our company is growing rapidly, with many exciting changes coming this year and we would love for you to be a part of that growth.
Responsibilities
- Interact with business owners
- Follow all scripting and listen to coaching from National Sales Managers
- Close deals
- Be an advocate for merchants
- Network within the community
- Source and develop client referrals.
Qualifications
- Customer service background (preferred)
- Self-driven, upbeat, excited individuals!
- All levels of sales experience accepted; some sales experience preferred but not required
- Ability to network/self-market to gain self-generated leads.
- We are looking for those with great time management, communication, and integrity; we can teach you the rest!
Expectations
There is extensive training as well as a manager that will be there for you every step of the way.

- 100% commission-based position. Commission for each deal signed is 25%. Minimum deal payout is $100.00, Maximum deal payout can be upwards of $5k to $10k depending on size of location and how many locations business has
- First 30 days, you receive a $100 bonus for every quote submitted regardless if the merchant moves forward with us or not.
- Weekly draw against commission available.
- Train from home over video conference.
