Job Summary
The Equity and Compensation Analyst will report to the Associate Director, Global Compensation and will assist with the oversight of our global equity and compensation programs that support FMC's total reward strategy. The primary responsibilities for this role will focus on assisting in the administration of equity activity for FMC employees and Board of Directors. In addition, this role provides analytical and other professional level support to the compensation function including all variable incentive plans.
Responsibilities
- Supports FMC's global equity program, including administration of the Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plan. This includes new grants, vesting, cancellations, performance share adjustments, dividends, and stock option exercises.
- Interfaces with external vendors such as the company's stock plan administration service provider and the company's stock transfer agent to maintain the integrity of data in both external systems.
- Interfaces with internal parties such as Legal to ensure legal filing requirements, Finance/Treasury to provide monthly and quarterly activity reporting, and Payroll to ensure correct information for taxable events such as share vestings and option exercises.
- Ensures that system information is accurate and up to date for long-term incentive plan participants, including eligibility, targets, measures, and historic payouts.
- Assist with the preparation of stock-related tables for proxy statements and Compensation Committee meetings.
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of global incentive plans including local country and sales plans.
- Assist the Compensation team with the annual compensation process (merit, incentive and equity awards).
- May assist with job documentation, job evaluation, salary administration, survey submissions and special studies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting or related field.
- 2 years' experience in Human Resources, familiarity with compensation theory and practices. preferred

- High proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner within and outside of the department.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High level of integrity, judgement and professionalism.
