FMC Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries, resolving patient complaints, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answer patient inquiries and resolve patient complaints
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
  • Follow company policies and procedures when interacting with patients
  • Accurately and thoroughly document patient interactions
  • Meet individual and team performance targets and goals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to patients
  • Escalate complex or unresolved patient issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
