FMC Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries, resolving patient complaints, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
