FMC Health is seeking a Clinic Administrator to join our team. The clinic administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our clinics. This includes managing staff, ensuring efficient patient flow, implementing established policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Ensuring efficient patient flow and implementing policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Budgeting, financial planning, and record keeping
- Analyzing performance data and identifying areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing plans to improve patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
- Communicating with other healthcare providers and organizations to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR is a plus
