Travel Contract (must reside 51 miles from location)
- Weekly Pay Package: $2,556.45
- Stipend non-taxable: $800.00
- HCP taxable: $1,756.45
- Lodging: $560 | Meals: $240
- Standard Hourly Rate: $48.79
- OT after 40 hours: $53.79
- Total: $2,556.45 based on 36 hr week

- Must carry active LPN/RN license with no restrictions
- FULLY VACCINATED COVID CARD **REQUIRED**
- You must have a current Negative PPD within the last 12 months or Chest X-ray within the last 5 years
- BLS Certification within the last 2 years
- Must have reliable transportation
- 2 years of Professional experience in the discipline
- Must have at least a year of experience as RN - Med Surg
- Clean Criminal Background
- Able to pass Drug Screen
- Vaccination Record (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Flu)
