Focus Business Group, LLC is seeking a Business-To-Business Sales Representative in our Topeka office. We are established sales professionals growing a new insurance brokerage, and are looking for a like-minded, hard-working sales professional that wants to build a career. The perfect candidate is outgoing, has a great desire for success, goal oriented, and a positive outlook on life.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- A proven track record in closing sales and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The aptitude to develop knowledge of company products and services (i.e., a quick learner).
- The drive to develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- The willingness to maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. We go the extra mile for our clients and the results reflect it.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry, dental industry, pharmaceutical industry or a marketing background is a PLUS but not required.
