Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Full-Time Position

Using evidence-based treatments, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you will provide 1:1 direct services in family homes, schools, and community settings. You will have the chance to showcase your personality and have fun while implementing individualized treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior support staff.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to ensure consistent implementation of strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and track progress through data analysis.
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of ABA experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to analyze data effectively.
- Flexibility to travel locally as needed.
