Hotel Maintenance (Folsom, CA)
Maintenance person will be responsible for maintaining the operations of the mechanical equipment and systems of the hotel by: Understanding the operations of various equipment and systems of the hotel, such as air conditioning, Heating, refrigeration, pool, electrical, plumbing, laundry, and kitchen equipment etc. Performing routine checks to ensure proper operations, diagnose problems and makes repairs as needed. Maintenance will also perform preventive maintenance. Drywall experience and HVAC experience is a plus. Applicant must be available to work weekends. Flexibility required. Applicant must have the basic maintenance tools in order to perform the job requirements.
