Description: Technical Support Engineer to provide telephone support to Customers and Service Engineers
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of MRI system equipment
- Make decisions about when to dispatch Service Engineers based on the severity of the problem and customer interactions
- Document all Customer Support Operations related activity in Service Records Database for traceability purposes
- Follow up with customers when necessary to confirm resolution of problems
- Other duties and projects as may be assigned
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Electronics or related field and/or equivalent
- experience Experience working in technical support or customer service environment
- Be able to explain and interpret complex information that requires patience and understanding
- English proficiency required
- Good verbal, written communication and critical thinking skills
- Work with others and independently
- Communicate with co-workers and supervisors
- Valid driver´s license
