Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Train and onboard new customer service employees
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Resolve escalated customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Multilingual skills (English and Spanish) are preferred but not required

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in analyzing data to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
