We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiographer with Cardiac Catheterization experience to join our dynamic team for a 13-26 week assignment, and has the opportunity to be temp to perm. This role is crucial in supporting our commitment to providing exceptional cardiac care to their patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac cath procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Operate advanced cardiac catheterization equipment to assist in diagnosing and treating heart conditions.
- Collaborate with the cardiac care team to prepare patients for procedures, including pre-procedure assessments and post-procedure care.
- Manage and maintain cath lab equipment, ensuring all components are functioning optimally.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely and effective cardiac care outside regular working hours.
- ARRT
- IEMA
- Relevant certification or degree in Cardiac Catheterization Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience in a cardiac cath lab setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in emergency situations.
