MAINTENANCE MANAGER (MON - FRI)
SUMMARY
Responsible for maximizing maintenance management systems to properly track function and cost associated assets to real time data. To provide information to lower Maintenance and Repair (M&R) cost and increase the life of current assets. To generate routine and planned maintenance schedules and to support maintenance teams in the execution of plant maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Develops and provides scheduling coordination of routine preventive maintenance activities by evaluating and identifying most cost effective schedules based on parts, tools, crew skills, and machine down time: to include issuing and distributing Work Order (WO) documentation and instructions.
- Audits all completed work and work order documentation for completion, thoroughness, and accuracy; improves maintenance operations by reviewing production records, analyzing prevention and repair costs and time, identifying problems and trends and recommending new approaches.
- Coach/Train Team Members as to proper troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of mechanical systems
- Conduct ongoing audits of facility, all plant machinery, and systems for database accuracy.
- Coordinate, schedule, and oversee vendor work orders and work completion status.
- Conduct ongoing audits and improvements of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Communicate effective verbal and written instructions with vendors, Team Members, and Management.
- Coordinate timely, appropriate, and accurate purchasing and delivery of parts and services within the MRO function.
- Generate and provide reporting of Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) completion rates, other designated criterion, and support budgeting relevant to department labor, inventory, and other resources.
- Collaborate with manager in the training of maintenance team members.

FOOD SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe and sanitary manner
- Following all company Foods Security and GMP policies
- Reporting any suspicious activities anywhere in or around the plant
- Inspection of work area for any possible product contamination issues before, during, and after maintenance activities.
- Follow the Emergency Work Order policy for any work done that has a possibility of product contamination
