Job Summary:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented individual with a passion for building client relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, streamlining business processes, and providing administrative support to our Chief Business Development Officer. You'll work closely within a dynamic two-person team to manage existing accounts, explore new growth areas, and ensure our CDO has the support needed to maximize company success.
Main Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Own the day-to-day management of existing B2B accounts, proactively anticipating needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and building strong relationships with head of accounts.
Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Client Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Communication Support: Draft emails, prepare reports or presentations, and support with correspondence when required.
General Assistance: Provide additional administrative support to the Chief Business Development Officer to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Growth Focus: Maintain existing accounts while seeking new opportunities for new business opportunities
Reporting: Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to CDO.
Must Have Qualification:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a closely related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn custom backend software tools
