We service our patients with caring, quality, and efficient service and have been to know to help patients who have gone through years of foot and ankle pain. Medical Receptionist
As a Medical Receptionist, you are directly involved in ensuring that we deliver patient-focused care at all times. As a true people person, you will thrive in this environment as you greet patients warmly, can multi-task and is detail oriented. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, is capable of working independently, and has a positive attitude. You will also need excellent communication skills with an outstanding professional and personal presentation consistent with our brand. You will provide excellent service to patients by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting patients upon arrival and verifying prior authorizations as needed. This fast-paced environment will keep you on your toes, but your positive attitude will ensure your success at FASA. You are truly essential to our success!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Medical experience preferred
- Customer service and sales experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients on services and products available
- Insurance knowledge preferred
- Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and positive environment
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate with clinic management, and other staff members
- Able to work flexible days and hours
- Available Monday - Friday from 6am 7pm with an occasional Saturday
- Consistently Professional
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus!
