The Paralegal will assist the legal department by providing research support services including document preparation and review; legal research, drafting correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other documents.
- Managing Customer Contracts: Oversee the process of managing customer contracts, ensuring timely execution and compliance with company policies.
- Utilizing Ironclad System: Serve as the primary administrator for the Ironclad system, managing contract workflows and ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.
- Overseeing CRA and Contract Processes: Manage the Contract Review and Approval (CRA) process, guiding contracts through the lifecycle to completion.
- Negotiating Confidentiality and Sales Term Sheets: Negotiate confidentiality and sales term sheets using company templates, ensuring alignment with legal and business requirements.
- Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Create, proofread, and edit various legal documents, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Scheduling Legal Department Meetings: Coordinate meetings and calls for the legal department with internal clients and external parties, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.
- Maintaining Legal Department Files: Organize and maintain files for the legal department, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
- Managing Legal Department's Shared Drive: Organize and maintain the legal department's shared drive, facilitating efficient document management and retrieval.
