Timberline Construction Inc. (FB Timberline) is seeking multiple experienced Equipment Operators (full time, temporary) to support the operations team at our Basin transmission line construction project, in Watford City, ND.
The Equipment Operator (full-time) will work Monday to Saturday, typically 11-hour days, onsite at the Basin project located in Watford City, ND.
The Basin project consists of 32 miles, 345 KV Transmission construction with H Frame and Monopole structures. The successful candidate will assist in providing manual labor support in assuring project deadlines are met in conjunction with instructions from the Foreman.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lives Forbes Bros. value of WE WORK SAFE & never compromising on safety in all aspects of our every day
- Proficiently operate assigned heavy company equipment when assigned
- Take scheduled delivery instructions from supervisors and dispatch / execute knowing the pit and yard locations
- Complete pre-trips and preventative maintenance as required in additional to all required daily paperwork
- Participate and engage in daily Tailboard meetings, identify hazards and assist in crew compliance to safety policies and regulations
- Adhere to safety protocols and policies as outlined
- Work with construction equipment such as compactors, shoring, core drills, various hand tools
- Conduct groundwork including shoveling snow, raking, pumping water, and prepping ground for concrete
- Ensure all small tools assigned to crew are cleaned, stored and maintained properly
- Complete installation of conduit and other utility infrastructure with crew members, as required
- Ensure cleanliness of sites by routinely removing garbage and other debris
- Perform other tasks related to this function as assigned
- Adhere to Forbes Bros Occupational Health and Safety rules and regulations.

What We Are Looking For :
- Minimum one (1) year operating various equipment in a relative industry, is required
- Valid CDL license
- Air Brake Endorsement, a definite asset
- Ability to recognize site hazards and implement hierarchy of controls to eliminate hazards with crew members
- Able and willing to work in field / site with travel and work hour flexibility to accommodate to remote / site work schedules
- Able and willing to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions, climates, and environments at various heights inclusive of heavy lifting
- Have and maintain a Class A Commercial Driver License and an acceptable MVR
