Position Summary
The Marketing Analyst ensures Forcura’s brand voice is thoughtfully executed across external marketing and communications channels. The role manages communications directed to current Forcura clients as well as a larger audience of stakeholders including prospective clients, employees, media and investors. This individual will be given strategic direction but is expected to manage their tasks with care, creativity and less direct oversight.
Job Duties
- Executes client communications, including mandatory notices and more creative quarterly outreach meant to retain clients.
- Collaborates with Client Experience and Product teams to ensure client communications are coordinated, succinct and approved before sending.
- Updates current version and executes social media strategy that is consistent with the company’s brand identity
- Creates and publishes consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, generating social media campaigns, and improving customer engagement
- Optimizes company social profiles within each platform to increase visibility and engagement
- Collaborates with other departments (Client Experience, Product, Legal, Sales, Engineering, etc.) to amplify our brand reach and reputation
- Moderates all user-generated content and communicates with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
- Continuously improves by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social media marketing and client communications data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Contributes to the creation and implementation of demand generation and thought leadership marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms
- Assists in preparing reports on marketing efforts, and reports on growth and analytics of campaigns
- Supports essential functions for the Marketing team including webinar and video production, copy writing and proofing for campaigns and marketing assets, awards submissions, and ad hoc website updates.
- Works with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed
- All other job related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- This is not an entry level role. Role requires 3 - 5 years of experience working in public relations, journalism, internal communications, or corporate communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, English, journalism, or business. An equivalent combination of applicable education, experience, training, or certification may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to produce creative, high-quality deliverables while coordinating multiple projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills, embodying a true team player mentality, adaptability, and adept at promoting collaborative dialogue.
- Self-starter, well-organized, dependable, and efficient.
- Proficiency in utilizing Office 365 tools (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Mission-driven, guided by core values, and a pleasure to work with.
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS and/or healthcare experience
- Proficiency in utilizing Hubspot, Goldcast, Sprout (or similar social media CRM) as well as Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, or equivalent design software.
Work Environment
- This role reports in to Forcura's Jacksonville, FL, office.
Physical Demands of Our Work Environment
This position is in an office environment and uses a computer and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Frequent interruptions may be encountered throughout the workday.
The employee is required to either stand or sit, talk and hear frequently required to use repetitive keying or hand motions.
