- Analyze Enterprise Technology employee survey data and provide actionable insights to better inform strategic and tactical planning and decisions.
- Create and manage Enterprise Technology surveys to help assess employee connection to the products and services offered by the team.
- Assist with analyzing corporate survey data and create data visualizations that are readily consumable by different levels of the organization.
- Research and find opportunities to continuously improve employee sentiment data collection, analysis and reporting processes and capabilities.
- Design, develop, and deliver reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc solutions using Ford standard tools, e.g. Google Looker, Qualtrics.
Collaborate with team members to create and implement employee engagement solutions that have clearly defined measurements and solutions for capturing the associated data. Partner to ensure collected
The minimum requirements we seek:- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Engineering, or a related field, or relevant years of experience.
- 4 years of experience in data visualization, data analysis, and data profiling activities.
- 4 years of experience in developing/maintaining analytics dashboards, developing/maintaining reporting tools to build self-serve reports and ad-hoc packages.
- 3 years utilizing visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense, and/or Power BI
- 4 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to derive key insights from the data and articulate them to cross-functional teams in the context of business challenges.
- Critical thinking skills to operate in a white space environment generating insights to build and tell a story and then propose solutions, test, and iterate and continually improve.
- Creative and organized problem-solver who can plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously and independently
- Experience launching a product or service that included establishing customer experience feedback loops
- Hands on experience with SharePoint, including working knowledge of how to manage and maintain SharePoint sites a plus
- Working knowledge of Rally a plus
