- Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to achieve optimal results.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to business objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Assist HR Department with recruiting new sales team members.
- Conduct performance assessments for sales team members, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Four or more years of sales experience.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Positive team player.
- Ability to meet established deadlines.
- Two or more years with direct supervisory responsibilities for other team members.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
