FOH Manager positions are currently available at all three of our locations: Ashburn, Lansdowne, and South Riding. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the hospitality industry and focused on creating outstanding guest experiences through our food and service. Hard working and cheerful people are key to our continued success and growth.Duties Include, But Are Not Limited to the FollowingBe present and hands-on with all operations during shift to ensure outstanding service for our guestsAssist in overseeing FOH operationsAssist with directing and supervising FOH hourly staff on a daily basisManage FOH hourly staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing per shiftAssist with the interviewing, hiring, and training of new employeesAddress any guests’ concerns graciously and efficientlyMaintain food quality standardsPerform additional duties as needed for restaurant operationsComply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and proceduresRequirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management positionHigh school diploma or GEDMust have and maintain an active ServSafe Managers Certification.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysCompensation - Ford’s Fish Shack is proud to offer a competitive salary with full benefits to the ideal candidate who meets the requirements of this position.Benefits - At Ford’s Fish Shack, our people are what drive our success.
