Job Posting for Set-up & Process Technician at Foreman Tool Saint Charles Facility

Growing, busy injection molder is looking for experienced injection molding Set Up Technicians for our plant with 2 buildings. We need to add to our existing employees. One building has 15 horizontal Injection Molding machines and the other has 11. We are a growing company with a clean, safe environment. We produce mainly, automotive and switch components.

Experience Needed:

  • The right candidate must be reliable, be able to set molds, connect water lines and have material handler experience/knowledge.
  • Some processing and some robot programming and start- up experience is a plus.
  • Past Injection Molding experience is required.
  • We would like candidates that we can train to the Shift Leader and Process Technician level

We Operate Monday - Friday and the shift times available are:

1st - 6:15 am - 2:15 pm

2nd - 2:15 am - 10:45 pm

3rd - 10:15 pm - 6:45 am

Pay: $24 - $34 per hour

You should be proficient in:

  • Machine Setups for Production Runs
  • Blueprint Reading
  • Quality Inspection Experience
  • Injection Molding Experience

  • Injection Molding Machine
