Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of our patients while adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, including dermal fillers, and assist with pain management techniques
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, catheterization, and aseptic technique
- Assist with triage and prioritize patient needs based on urgency
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Implement and evaluate nursing interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding healthcare management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using ICD-10 coding standards
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and maintain a safe environment for patients
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in Colorado or Compact State
- Proficient in performing dermal fillers, catheterization, pain management, dementia care, triage, aseptic technique, ophthalmology procedures, and diagnostic evaluations
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10 coding standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
